By accessing or using The Goods websites, products, or platform services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

The Goods provides cloud-native AI agent infrastructure, configurable agent workflows, messaging integrations, tool-calling features, lead-intelligence workflows, booking support, CRM-style records, and related software services.

3. Customer Configuration and Integrations

You are responsible for the tools, credentials, data sources, prompts, policies, and integrations you connect to the platform. You are also responsible for all fees charged by third-party providers used with your workflows.

4. AI Drafts and Human Responsibility

AI may draft notes, replies, summaries, workflow outputs, and guidance. You review, edit, approve, send, and stay compliant. You are responsible for the content you send, the workflows you approve, and the policies that apply to your organization, platform, marketplace, or program.

5. Fair Use and Compliance

You agree not to use The Goods for illegal activity, spam, unauthorized scraping, privacy violations, deceptive claims, or activity that violates the terms of any platform, messaging surface, data provider, or program you participate in.

6. No Guaranteed Outcomes

The Goods provides software infrastructure and workflow support. We do not guarantee sales, signups, commissions, income, rank advancement, conversions, recruiting results, customer acquisition, or any other business outcome.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Goods shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including third-party account actions, missed opportunities, provider outages, model errors, or integration failures.

8. Independent Software Project

The Goods is an independent software and AI infrastructure project. The Goods is not produced, approved, sponsored, endorsed, or recommended by any company, platform, marketplace, network, affiliate program, direct selling company, network marketing company, or social-selling company.

9. User Compliance

Users and customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of The Goods, Tiger Claw, and any related tools complies with the rules, policies, contracts, privacy obligations, advertising requirements, communication laws, and compliance requirements of any company, platform, marketplace, or program they participate in.

10. No Professional Advice

The Goods does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, compensation-plan, or company-compliance advice.
